June 2007 The Caraires Consultancy began it’s journey. 10 years later we are a thriving recruitment partner based in the heart of Rugby. Here’s a few words from Nicola “The Caraires Family are thrilled to be sharing their 10th Anniversary Celebrations with their clients and candidates without whom we would not have a business – we would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to you all.
When we first talked about Caraires we had a shared vision – for people to be happy and fulfilled at work and to be a recruitment partner with local employers who genuinely care about their employees. Last year we exceeded a one million pound turnover.
Ours has been an interesting journey with Sharon and Bruno in a small office together in 2007 with Nicola joining the business at Whitehall Road in 2012. We moved to Caraires House last year and the Caraires family has grown to include Joyce , Henry, Damien and Gill.

We believe it builds strong meaningful relationships and the proof is we have retained our partners since 2007. We pride ourselves in offering a transparent pricing policy and know this has been noted and appreciated.
