Are you a confident communicator with experience in Microsoft Office and able to pick up systems quickly? If you have experience in retail or hospitality and are looking for your first step into an office environment then this is a great opportunity.
You will be working in an environment where speed and accuracy is essential. The department is responsible for the prompt issuing of predominantly let property and motorcycle insurance documentation (having checked the details for obvious errors) to clients and requesting paperwork back. You will also need to establish a good working relationship with the various insurance companies.
Checking and issuing new business and renewed Insurance Policies
Updating policy booklets with correct contact details
Requesting documents from Customers
Liaising with Insurance Companies
General administrative duties: file scanning, incoming and outgoing post
Polite and presentable appearance
Excellent team player
Ability to work to targets and strict deadlines
Stay calm under pressure
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
2 x Saturdays per month 9.00am - 2.00pm
