Our high-end client is looking for Customer Account Managers to join an expanding team based at the Hinckley Head Office.
The key details:
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours week)
- Occasional morning/evening work between 8am-8pm and 2-3 weekends a year
- Starting salary of £8.72ph with the chance of an increase in the future through the company's grading system
What will you be doing?
- Taking ownership of customer accounts and keeping them in the loop along the way
- Actioning and resolving enquiries at the first point of contact
- Responding to a range of client enquiries and requests
- Working with the Customer Service team to meet team targets
- Comfortably dealing with complaints from sometimes emotional customers, and helping to resolve issues quickly and with empathy
Experience in a similar position is essential.
Who is the ideal candidate?
- Experience of influencing and negotiating
- Worked towards targets and SLA's
- Confidence with resolving complex queries and complaints
- Used Microsoft Office and a CRM in their career
