An opportunity to join a genuine hardworking and really 'pleasant' team of people as an Accounts Administrator. This is a well established, family run removal and storage company you will need to have your own transport because of location
Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm the main duties include:
·Greeting and assisting visitors dealing with sales of materials, taking payments and general enquiries
·Receiving and transferring calls from the main switchboard
·Taking responsibility for all email enquiries and set up new customer accounts
·Booking appointments for the Surveyor and manage the diary.
·Providing a first-rate administration service across the establishment assisting the Managing Director, Office Manager and Surveyor
·Accounts duties to include input of Purchase Invoices, creating reports & maintaining ledgers, Credit Control, posting sales receipts and assisting with end-of-month reconciliations. Knowledge of Sage 50 cloud would be an advantage.
We are looking for a clear communicator who can demonstrate excellent customer skills and a 'can do' cheerful disposition.
