- Have great attention to detail.

- Be able to prioritize their workload.
- Have experience within customer service and complaint handling.
- Be able to manage accounts and investigate to create a resolution.
- Taking inbound calls and emails.
- Taking ownership of issues and investigating to create a resolution.
