A 6 month contract is available for a Business Analyst for our client, a professional membership organisation to evaluate business processes of the Register team and produce accurate and detailed specifications to enable growth and continuous improvement within the Register department. To analyse the Register's efficiencies, its needs, its business model, its workflows and its technological systems and make recommendations with a business case for change.
The client offers a 36.25 hrs. week, working Monday -Friday (flexible working) and the choice to work partially from home.
1.To understand business needsproblems, challenge existing practices and approaches, propose business improvement opportunities and develop solutions both short term and medium/long to ensure that the Register department meets the needs of its staff, customers and stakeholders including contractors.
2.Be a champion for change by persuading internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of change or new technology and identifying training needs within the existing team.
3.To identify and engage existing business tools that enable smart working to maximise the processing of complaints within the Register.
4.To perform intensive research, data gathering, ROI, collation, and analysis to support all identified opportunities for the Register team, to document business requirements and produce a business case for change.
Ideally qualified to degree level with a minimum of 2 years project delivery experience working in a Business Analyst role with a continuous improvement bias.
