Our successful distribution client based in Binley is looking for a confident, experienced customer service/sales person to join their team. Reporting to a sales team leader, you will be responsible for relationship building and quotation follow ups.
The key responsibilities:
The initial responsibilities will be taking inbound calls from customers, raising quotations and contracts, as well as maintaining relationships with current customers. You will then follow this by increasing responsibilities:
- Increasing profitability of the business through lead follow up and enquiries
- Meet and exceed targets and KPIs
- Developing partnerships and relationships with customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and fully utilising all digital tools to give customers and exceptional experience
- Acquisition of new customers through coordinated activity
Minimum requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in an office
- Experience of relationship building with customer focus
- Good with IT systems
- Ability to multitask
- Confident communicator over the phone
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally experience in internal sales or lead follow up
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of SAP
- Positive attitude to work
- Reliable
