The role is simple: working within a team of around 14 people, you will be providing excellent after-sale service to insurance customers, making any changes to their accounts, processing any payments, adjusting spreadsheets and managing the diary system.
So if you are enthusiastic and self-confident, with a professional and polite telephone manner, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. You don't need any knowledge of insurance as the training provided by this organisation is second-to-none.
What are we looking for?
Because of the excellent training within the organisation, you don't necessarily need office experience or any experience of insurance. If you've got some customer service experience from hospitality or retail, perhaps, this could be a great opportunity for you to develop additional skills within an office environment.
Being computer-literate will help you, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word. But above all, we're looking for people who are good at retaining knowledge and are able to stay calm under pressure. One final important thing - we're looking for real team players.
The working hours...
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
2 x Saturdays per month 9.00am - 2.00pm
