Our very welcoming client in Warwick is seeking an enthusiastic, capable individual to manage the day to day running of key accounts.
- Taking calls
- Processing orders
- Dealing with enquires
- Sending emails
- Logging of customer queries and complaints
- Liaison with the finance team
- General admin
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Excellent communication skills - ability to build rapport with customers with ease
- Sound IT skills
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- Good problem solving ability
- Positive 'Can Do' attitude
