Our client based in Hinckley is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The key details:
You'll be working Monday to Friday, either 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm. It's a temporary to permanent permanent opportunity paying £8.50 per hour, then after six months £9.50 per hour.
What will you be doing?
You will be taking telephone calls and email enquiries from customers: updating them on the status of their orders and deliveries, and resolving customer complaints.
Who is the ideal candidate?
We are looking for someone with:
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
- A positive, 'can do' attitude
