This is a role in Nuneaton for an up-and-coming company, working in a contact centre environment.

We are looking for Customer Service Sales Advisers to provide excellent service via inbound and outbound calls, and cases, converting any potential leads into sales. What's great about this role is that there's no cold-calling - everybody you speak to is already on-board with the product and the company. It's a range of great products in high demand, which are sold through the company's websites, eBay and Amazon.
What you'll be doing:
In a dynamic contact centre with a high volume of calls and emails, you'll be providing an excellent and profeessional service: updating customers on their order status, responding to customer complaints and working to achieve - and exceed - all sales and aftersales SLA and KPI targets.
We are looking for people with:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Aftersales and sales knowledge
- First class telephone manner
- High level of written and verbal skills
- Commitment to resolving a problem
Hours of work are 40 hours per week, on a rota basis to cover all opening hours,
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am til 9pm
- Friday 8.30am til 5.45pm
- Saturday 9am til 5.30pm
- Sunday 10am til 4pm
You'll be working Saturdays and get a day-off in the week to make up for it.
