We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Administrator to join a small team and provide sales and customer service support as well as assisting with data entry/administration and technical queries.
The key responsibilities:
- contacting customers
- account management
- sales calls
- responding to leads
- data entry
- technical queries
- resolving problems
- attending trade shows/conferences
The successful candidate will have:
- an interest in/basic understanding of technology
- Microsoft Office skills
- a confident, outgoing personality
- a team spirit
- time management skills
Candidates with French or German language skills are highly encouraged to apply! Equally, candidates with experience of graphics/design packages.
Full training will be provided on all the technical/software requirements of the role.
