- Lead a team of CSA’s, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered and that the team are able to quickly and professionally address and resolve customers issues with service, delivery and condition of products.
- Require to maintain a professional environment for the team and thrive to solve problems and increase customer satisfaction
- Drive the performance of the team to achieve KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Lead, coach and develop multi skilled staff while supporting a mixture of accounts, processes and enquiries.
Ideal candidates will have-
- Experience of managing a team and offering coaching/development
- Confident use of IT and data to generate reports
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- An understanding of Ecommerce/online shopping channels would be advantageous.
