8.30 am - 5.15 pm (4.30 finish on Friday)

Our expanding manufacturing company based in Rugby, is seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinators to join their busy team. You will be liaising directly with the sales administration team, field based sales team, and the warehouse along with Senior staff members.
Main Tasks for the Sales Coordinator
- First point of contact with customers via email and phone
- Processing of orders and quotes
- Answering product queries
- Upselling where possible
- Invoicing, Proof of Deliveries
- Monitoring time critical orders
- General Admin duties
Person Spec/skills for the Sales Coordinator
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment essential, always giving an exceptional customer service experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers with ease
- A strong Team Player
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to multi task
- An enquiring mind
- Must be organised and methodical in their approach
- A keen eye for detail a must
