Description
An exciting, challenging role is available for our client who are a privately-owned company and leading national pallet distribution and warehouse solution- as a Key Accounts Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for Customer Service and warehouse administration to ensure that service standards are continually met and exceeded.
This role has 4 direct reports all looking after Key Accounts.
The core hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16:00 - but you will need to be flexible.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good understanding of a working warehouse operation and working knowledge of using a WMS and/or TMS. (Essential)
- Proven experience of processing eCommerce and retail orders. (Essential)
- Experience in a Customer Service/Key Accounts Team Leader/Supervisor/Management role based in a warehouse environment. (Essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of personal gravitas. (Essential)
- Highly computer literate (advanced Excel). (Essential)
- Experience of working with KPIs to drive process improvements.
- Strong commercial understanding.
