Membership Administrator
Rugby based - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Permanent
Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs
£23.5k - £24k pa
Our client, an established membership association based in Rugby are looking for a Membership Administrator to join their busy team.
The key responsibilities of a Membership Administrator:
- Processing various grades of membership, responding to queries via email and phone
- Following up with stakeholders
- Writing and updating documentation and providing detailed advice
- Providing accurate information on membership eligibility
- Contributing to the outline and testing of workflow processes
The minimum requirements for the Membership Administrator role:
- Experience in a busy customer service environment
- Great admin experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Great customer service skills and communication
- Can support a busy workload
The ideal candidate for the Membership Administrator role:
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work as part of a team as well as individually
- A Levels or equivalent
- Minimum GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English
