Part Time Administrator
Rugby town centre
8 month fixed term contract
Hybrid working
20 hours per week - flexible
£24k pro rata - £13.19 per hour
Our very worth while charity in Rugby is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy HR and admin department.
Main Task:
- To process volunteers’ references and associated paperwork
- Process DBS paperwork
- To support with the volunteers’ registration, badges etc
- Use of Mail Merge and Excel
Person Spec
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excel and Word (Mail Merge)
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally, written and face to face
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Must be able to work independently
- Good organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience of 365 Form/Sharepoint
The successful applicant will be required to have an enhanced DBS or PVG Certificate issued by the company.
