We are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk, who will be responsible for the completion of day-to-day finance operations.
The key info:
You'll be working Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday 8.30am to 3pm. You'll be paid an annual salary of between £17,000 and £19,000.
What will you be doing?
·Scanning and re-naming invoices
·Entering purchase invoices
·Managing invoice queries (both internal and external)
·Processing new supplier account forms
·Supplier Statements reconciliations / agreeing balances with suppliers
·Taking supplier phone calls
·Collating payment runs from suppliers chasing for payment
·Processing subsidiary company weekly payrun
What will the ideal candidate have?
We'd prefer somebody with previous purchase ledger experience. Also, experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be advantageous, but it's not essential. Overall, if you're somebody who can work accurately and efficiently, and who can "get your head down" when it comes to completing your workload, you may well be interested in this position.
