Within a successful training provider, the successful applicant will work on a business to business basis and be required to secure vacancies from employers and successfully recruit match and place young people into those vacancies.
Some of the key skills and abilities required to be successful at the role will include:
·Previous experience and a demonstrable track record in a recruitment or sales/telesales environment.
·Good customer service, organisational skills and ability to motivate and support personnel to administer the IARS system
·A proactive attitude is essential.
You will work 37 hours per week: Monday–Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday
21 days holiday (plus Christmas shutdown) + pension and childcare vouchers.

£19,000 per annum + uncapped quarterly bonus.
