Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and 10am to 7pm
£23,800pa plus bonus (OTE up to £28k)
Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Renewals Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level role.
Your key responsibilities as a Renewals (Customer Service) Advisor:
- Following a script
- Speaking to customers who already hold insurance policy and are looking to renew, to help them find the right one
- Updating an internal system with customer details
- Arranging payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit
The ideal candidate for a Renewals (Customer Service) Advisor:
- Clear, concise telephone manner
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Good with IT systems
- Ideally some background knowledge on insurance policies (perhaps you have taken one out in the past)
- You will have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality)
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
