We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join one of the fastest growing tyre manufacturers in the world.
Responsibilities and duties
-Order management and reporting
Create orders and send them to Korea/ China/ Hungary/ Indonesia factories
Contact factories to push the shipment and to solve the open issues
Communication channel between customers and factories for order handling (including managing order changes)
Updates order production and delivery status
Send regular outstanding report to customers weekly with most up to date information
Invoice process, dealing overage/shortage issue
Other general trouble shooting
Qualifications and Skills
excellent organisational and time management skills
good written and spoken communication skills
excellent computer and administration skills (especially excel) SAP experience is desirable not essential
accuracy and attention to detail
a calm and professional manner
the ability to use your own initiative
