We are looking for a Training, Events and Publications Coordinator to join the commercial team of an international membership organisation.
You will play an important role helping to ensure the smooth running and successful delivery of our growing commercial portfolio. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential. More important will be good customer service skills, a positive attitude, the ability to manage your time across a range of projects and experience working to deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- responding to customer enquiries
- sourcing venues and trainers
- organising all aspects of training courses and events
- overseeing the delivery of on-site public training courses and online courses
You will be required to help with the set-up of our on-site training room before, during and after courses and the role does require some early (approx. 08:15) and late (approx. 18:00) finishes.
Due to the international nature of the organisation, this position requires a willingness to work flexibly and to engage in business discussions outside of normal working hours. The position is based at our Rugby office although some occasional travel may be required within the UK. Only applicants eligible to work in the UK will be considered.
This is a full-time role based on 37.5 hours per week.
Starting salary will be in the region of £19,000—£22,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits which include an excellent pension scheme and flexitime.
