Our client decides they need to recruit a talented individual to their team. We meet (Company & Culture fit) and together discuss the vacancy agreeing a job spec (Skill fit) and person spec (Value fit).
We agree timescales, and a recruitment and resourcing plan and interview process. The Caraires Consultancy has a pool of interviewed candidates immediately available and uses major job boards, CV searches, social media to actively ‘hunt’ for the right candidates.
The Caraires Consultancy executes the recruitment and resourcing plan, telephone screens and then interviews shortlisted prospective candidates. We interview, where possible, all our candidates face-to-face, if this is not possible because of time constraints/availability we offer a full telephone interview. Career history, gaps in employment, skills, ambitions and motivations are questioned and verified. A shortlist of 3/4 suitable applicants is then presented to the client along with candidate CV’s and additional recruitment notes.
This shortlist is agreed with the client and candidates are offered interviews. All candidates will be fully briefed prior to the interview.
Candidates are interviewed by our client. The Caraires Consultancy obtains ‘after interview feedback’ from the candidates which supports the clients with their decision making process. Our clients make their decision on who will be offered the role and give feedback to Caraires on all applicants they have interviewed. We believe that feedback is a gift and we use it to support applicants to improve their performance and gain the right role.
Caraires delivers the offer on behalf of the client. The candidate is supported through their notice period (if currently employed) & any counter offers are managed.
The Candidate starts their new role. Within the first week Caraires visits them on site with a good luck gift. We run a first day, first week, fourth week and 3 month check with both our candidates and clients to ensure that we have achieved the right match.
