Working and living in Rugby all of my life, I have a solid understanding of the recruitment market in and around the area, and with over 26 years within recruitment covering business support under my belt I feel I have built up a solid number of clients who believe and understand our culture within the Caraires family.
My role within the ‘Caraires family’ is to specialise in Temporary and Contract placements within business support, and I offer a friendly and supportive experience for both Temporary Worker and Employer. I understand it can be a daunting process when seeking a new role - either temporary or permanent and always offer a welcoming, honest, friendly approach – you will always receive a good cup of coffee/tea on arrival and useful, informative advice to apply to the next exciting chapter in your working life.
I am a graduate from the University of Central England (known as Birmingham polytechnic at the time) and I have had the pleasure of working with some great sales managers and teams working at Director level for both independent and corporate recruitment organisations. ‘Treat people as you want to be treated yourself’ is a favourite personal maxim.
My role in the ‘Caraires family’ is to specialise in the placement of candidates seeking permanent employment and to support our Employers to hit their strategic objectives by recruiting talented individuals.
Having spent 22 very enjoyable years in recruitment throughout the ranks covering both a UK branch network and Eire and meeting some very interesting people along the way, I have had the privilege of contributing to the success of multiple corporate, public sector and independent companies, my role within the 'Caraires family' is to acquire talent for our many diverse clients by understanding the requirements of both client and candidate.

Working in Customer Support and Sales for over a decade has helped equip me with the tool kit I need to partner my candidates on their journey.
My role within the 'Caraires Family' focuses on the temporary and contract side of the business, mainly specialising in the Logistics, Automotive and Customer Service sectors. I am very passionate about the unique experience I provide to Candidates and Clients.

Coming from a Warehouse & Logistics background, I spent over six years as Operations Manager for a large fulfilment warehouse, specialising in the import and export of shipments across the world.
I have joined the 'Caraires Family' to focus on temporary and contract placements, and with my past experience and knowledge I hope to add to the company's success and offer both candidate and client a friendly but professional service.
Mike joined the army at a young age and gained many life skills from his experience. After leaving the forces, Mike started in a warehouse role (through a recruitment consultancy) as a planner and then worked as a Data Analyst for DHL.
Mike joined the 'Caraires Family' in March 2019; he is always on-time and has everything he does in a routine. He likes to be challenged and to support those who need his help.

When I joined Caraires in May 2018, my role within the 'Caraires Family' was predominantly marketing: ensuring our clients receive the best possible exposure in terms of advertising their positions, and continuing to reach out to the wide variety of candidates we work with.
I now split my time between marketing and recruiting permanent staff for primarily customer service and administration roles.
