£12.00 per hour
Part time flexible working hours (20 hours per week)
Our client is a global building solutions company based in Binley and they are looking for a part time Imports Admin Clerk to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The role is on a part time basis, based in the head office in Coventry .Although it is not essential, a degree of experience in working with custom brokers and dealing with freight would be preferable.
The key responsibilities of an Imports Admin Clerk:
- Liaising with customs brokers & freight companies
- Updating costs
- Arranging quality inspections
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Using SAP ERP system
Candidate requirements for Import Admin Clerk:
- Knowledge of customs / freight would be desirable, but not essential
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- SAP knowledge
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail
