Legal Fee Earner – Employment
Location: Coventry (Hybrid: 1–2 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 pa (DoE)
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 36 per week - 9am to 5.15pm - Monday to Friday - 1 hr lunch (1.25hrs on a Wednesday)

A well-established and growing law firm in Coventry is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Fee Earner to join its Employment Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of employment matters in a hybrid role—with 1–2 days working from home each week.
The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Employment:
You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including:

Unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims

Discrimination and harassment cases

Redundancy and restructuring advice
-
TUPE and contract reviews
-
Settlement agreements and ACAS negotiations
The skills & qualities of a Legal Fee Earner - Employment:
-
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in employment law (claimant and/or respondent)

Strong knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal processes
-
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
-
Confident managing cases independently and providing practical legal advice
-
Experience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be considered
